The most significant takeaway was the significance
of learning about other people's cultures in order to comprehend and foster
improved working relationships in a diverse workforce. What tools are available

Because of the way the world is changing, how work structures are evolving
globally, how companies are looking for talent and are willing to pay for it
regardless of origin, and how people are migrating from one place to another, I
believe it is imperative to have a thorough understanding of cultural
